WHY IS RESILIENCE SO IMPORTANT


A certain amount of stress can be good for us, it keeps up driven and motivated, but when it becomes too much and is not dealt with effectively,  it has a way of embedding itself in our unconscious mind which in turn effects how we feel and behave. 


This can cause a plethora of problems which, when unattended to, can lead to a state of overwhelm, burnout, IBS, headaches, anxiety, depression and many more serious health issues.   


But why does this happen to some people and not others? The answer is resilience.   


Resilience is a skill set that can be learnt and we are here to help you create a tool box of helpful resilient behaviours that you can dig into when you need to navigate challenging times. 


We are particularly passionate about this having navigated the rocky road of recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, whilst managing a busy corporate life, raising a young family and starting a business. 


We know what happens when you do not pay attention to your mind and body and we are here to help you.

Team Resilience Workshops

WHAT IS THE PROCESS

  • Discovery call to determine your key objectives and to make sure we are a good match for you
  • Proposals and contracts to agree terms and confidentiality
  • Session times, length and frequency agreed
  • We can hold sessions face to face where it is safe to do so, or via Zoom or Teams
  • Engage stakeholders to maximise engagement and organisational objectives 
  • Psychometric questionnaires sent out
  • Session commence with regular check-ins to ensure you are on track with what you want to achieve
  • Final session focused on what has been learnt and what the future holds
  • On going sessions agreed as needed

PACKAGES

Our one-to-one coaching contracts are bespoke and designed to suit your needs.  

  • 12 hours of one to one coaching
  • 60 - 120 min sessions held every 2 - 4 weeks
  • MBTI personality profile report and tailored feedback
  • * 12 x 10 min personal mindfulness sessions 
  • Phone and email support in between sessions if required
  • Tailored reading and exercises to do in between sessions to imbed new learning
  • Fees and payments plans will be discussed at the proposal stage based on your needs.  


  • Costs: from £3400   (*optional extra)
